Evolutionary Art Therapy®
In evolutionary art therapy®, the meeting between the conscious and the unconscious is fundamental. This is why our approach insists on the understanding of drawing, text, modeling, etc. in order to allow the evolving art therapist to accompany the person in the exploration of his psyche, the discovery of his resources and his potentials.
Through the transformation of the drawing, through the practices of cutouts, collages, assemblies following a symbolic analysis, the person sends their psyche a message of resilience and fulfillment.
Thus an encounter with the Self is established, a true identity of being. Evolutionary art therapy® brings together knowledge in humanistic psychology, symbolism, art and contemporary spirituality.
The Plénitude Internationale School
The Plénitude School was created in 2007, created by Catherine Vallée, Marie-Odile and Alain Brêthes. The School has introduced the innovative concept of evolutive art therapy® from the "Healing Drawing" created by Marie-Odile Brêthes in the 90s.
Over the years, the School has grown and today includes 1 trainers and friends: Nadine Brêthes . We are constantly in search of evolution. Life is movement. Nous sommes également en partenariat en Belgique francophone avec Brigitte Dewandre qui propose une formation à Namur: www.atelierlescomognes.
Currently, thanks to the wealth of each trainer, teaching brings together all forms of artistic expression, contemporary knowledge in spirituality and transpersonal psychology.
The courses are open internationally (Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Holland, Anglo-Saxon countries: see Véronique De Buck's website: www.plenitudeschool.org for Belgium and foreigns languages). Becoming hybrids, they offer face-to-face and distance education.
The Plénitude School pursues the development of evolutionary art therapy® through books of evolutionary art therapy and psychology written by Marie-Odile Brêthes, Alain Brêthes and Catherine Vallée (see in the library).
The Plénitude School offers qualifying training courses for:

The pedagogy of the Plénitude School combines evolutionary psychology, symbolism and artistic and therapeutic practice.
The training emphasizes the analysis and evolution of artistic expressions (pastel drawing, painting, collage, writing, singing, dance, photo, modeling, theater etc. according to the proposals of the trainers and the trainer). She teaches the knowledge of collective unconscious and the animation of groups. It is not necessary to master an artistic technique.
